BIG STICK Honored to be in “JOHN PEEL’s BOX”
It’s a genuine honor that the late John Peel, the most ingenious radio disc jockey to ever grace the mainstream airwaves of the United Kingdom, has included BIG STICK in his very special box of music, the music he most adored during his lifetime. The small wooden box only stored about 100 records (out of the tens of thousands of records in his massive collection). BIG STICK’s “DRAG RACING” was included in the box. It’s also worth noting that a special TV program titled “JOHN PEEL’s RECORD BOX” aired on the BBC in conjunction with the UK MUSIC HALL of FAME AWARDS. BIG STICK’s “DRAG RACING” music video was shown on the program. BIG STICK is currently recording/producing a brand new release for the BLAST FIRST/MUTE UK label.
